Sri Villas is a cluster of three villas located directly on the beach. It can sleep upto 18 people comfortably in the nine suites. Each villa has its own dining, sitting and kitchen areas. It is a great location for weddings and family celebrations.

Sri Villas offers refined luxury and is popular with couples and small families wanting stylish accommodation with direct sea views on a safe swimming beach. While the villas are equipped to cater to the expectations of modern living, much of the architectural design is based on traditional Sri Lankan homes. High vaulted ceilings, tall louvered doors and windows, and open spaces allow the cooling ocean breeze to permeate the property.

Araliya
Sri Villas Araliya sits on the left of the property as you look out to sea and is one of three elegant two-storey villas owned by Sri Villas in Induruwa.  Sri Villas Araliya can accommodate upto eight guests.  

Sri Villas Araliya has four a/c suites - two master suites with ensuite bathrooms on the upper floor that opens out their own private balconies overlooking the Indian Ocean; a junior suite with ensuite bathroom and a twin bedroom located on the ground floor.  

The ground floor consists of a spacious living and dining area which opens out to the swimming pool on one end and the garden and the beach on the other end. Guests can choose to have their meals in the dining room furnished with a 10 seater dining table or in the privacy of their own balcony or verandah. There is part open-plan kitchen with a bar. Araliya Villa has access to the main Sri Villas 30 metre swimming pool with steps leading to a shallow section on one side which is ideal for children.  

Sagara
Sri Villas Sagara stands on the right of the property as you look out to sea and is one of three elegant two-storey villas owned by Sri Villas in Induruwa. Sri Villas Sagara can accommodate upto six guests.  

Sri Villas Sagara has three spacious a/c suites. Two of the suites are on the second floor and one on the ground floor with direct access to the beach. All suites are tastefully furnished with four-poster beds fitted with mosquito netting and have their own balcony or verandah with breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean. All the suites have en-suite bathrooms and h/w showers indoor or outdoor showers that are open to the sky.   
The ground floor has a living and dining room opening out to the central swimming pool. In front of the villa is the garden, which leads directly to the beach. Guests can choose to have their meals in the dining room furnished with an eight seater dining table or in the privacy of their own balcony or verandah. There is also a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy traditional Sri Lankan curries, fresh seafood dishes and a variety of Asian and International cuisine.

Nisala
Sri Villas Nisala is one of three elegant two-storey villas owned by Sri Villas in Induruwa and stands at the centre of the property with Sagara and Araliya villas situated on either side.  Nisala villa opens directly onto the central swimming pool, the gardens and the sea beyond. Sri Villas Nisala can accommodate upto four guests.  

Sri Villas Nisala has two wonderful a/c suites on the upper floor each with ensuite bathrooms with twin vanities and indoor and outdoor showers. Suites are tastefully furnished with four-poster beds fitted with mosquito netting and open out to a large private balcony with beautiful views of the Indian Ocean.
The ground floor has a spacious living and dining area opening out to the swimming pool. There is an open plan modern kitchen with bar and a vaulted ceiling that reaches all the way to the roof. Guest can choose to have their meals in the dining room or in the privacy of their own balcony.  

Nisala Villa has access to the main Sri Villas 30 metre swimming pool with steps leading to a shallow section on one side which is ideal for children.

Menus will be discussed with guests on a daily basis so that fresh ingredients can be purchased by the staff in nearby markets. Fresh seafood is purchased directly from the local fisherman. One of the key selling points of Sri Villas is the fact that the food, despite being delicious, is offered “at cost” which means that you save a considerable amount compared to other accommodation of a comparable quality. Or you may opt for a full board price of US$40 per day per adult.

Other facilities include laundry service and a team of English speaking staff in residence who will ensure you have a relaxing holiday. Baby-sitting can be arranged with prior notice.

There is a resident masseuse who guests may book. Also yoga teachers are on hand, please advise the housekeeper.
