Tisara Villas
Located just 700 meters inland from the Koggala Beach and has 9 individually-owned luxury boutique villas. Each villa has two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, living and dining rooms, fully equipped kitchen, verandah and stunningly beautiful landscaped gardens. The gardens have been carefully landscaped with native flowering plants and fruit trees attracting birds and butterflies.
The spacious bedrooms are decorated with classic four poster beds and antique closets and are fully air-conditioned. The indoor/outdoor bathrooms come with showers, bathtub in Master bathroom and a solar powered water heating system.
The living and dining rooms are tastefully furnished with tropical style hardwood furniture. Handmade terracotta tiled floors; 18 foot high wooden ceilings provide the living rooms with a breezy ambience.
The fully equipped kitchen comes with gas hob; refrigerator and hand cut white terrazzo counters. Crockery, cutlery, glassware and table linen for six persons are also provided at no extra charge.
The gardens have been carefully landscaped with native flowering plants and fruit trees to attract birds and butterflies. Each villa has its own fruit orchard with papaya, pineapple and a banana grove. The mature trees and lush, native vegetation attract more than 35 species of birds.
Tisara Villas offers a beautiful 50 x 25 foot swimming pool, an Ayurvedic massage centre, full staff service and gourmet cooks. There is a self-service Laundromat, 24-hour security and full staffed maintenance team.
