Villa Occupancy

The 04-suite villa is only available on exclusive-use (private) basis and can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests (including children) and 01 cot. The composition of each room is as follows –

• Guest Pool Suite (01 x King Size Bed)
• Guest Corner Suite (01 x King Size Bed)
• Master Suite 01 (01 x King Size Bed) with a private living area
• Master Suite 02 (01 x King Size Bed) with a private living area

Note: There are only 02 extra rollaway beds (36” x 78”) at the villa. Extra beds could be placed in all Suites
except the Guest Pool Suite.
Note: No extra charge for the cot.
Note: Supervision of children is strictly the responsibility of the parents / adults within the booking party.
Note: Should the number of guests in the booking party exceed the maximum occupancy stated above, Ishq Luxury Villas reserves the right to refuse entry. If as an exception the additional guest/s is permitted to stay by the management of Ishq Luxury Villas, an additional charge of USD 400 per guest per night would apply on top of the agreed per night (BB+) villa rate.

Check In & Check Out Times

Check in time – 1400Hrs
Check out time – 1100Hrs

For early check-ins requiring immediate access to the villa, we recommend booking a night prior to the arrival date for guaranteed access. Similarly, for late check-outs, booking an additional night would guarantee access. Early check-ins after 0700Hrs will be charged 50% of the nightly rate and before 0700Hrs will be charged a full night. Late checkouts until 1800Hrs will be charged 50% of the nightly rate and after 1800Hrs will be charged a full night. If the booking party does not wish to book additional nights, we would be glad to store their luggage
until their departure.

Extra accommodation and meals for guest support staff

The villa cannot accommodate support staff (ex: nannies / chauffeurs etc…) unless the booking party would like them to utilize one of the 04 Suites at the villa to accommodate support staff.

Villa team

The villa team of 10 includes a Villa Manager, Chefs, Butlers and Villa Attendants. Daily housekeeping and turndown services will be provided. An additional outsourced security guard will be present on site.

Dining

Villa reservations are on bed & breakfast basis and includes daily breakfast. Lunch will be served from the villa’s à la carte menu and charged accordingly. Dinner will be curated by the villa team having discussed with the guest/s and charged accordingly. Access to the villa’s fully equipped kitchen is strictly limited to the villa team. Outside food is strictly not permitted.

Liquor

The villa does not have a liquor license; however, guests are welcome to bring their own liquor which our staff will chill, store and serve. No corkage will be charged.

Smoking

Indoor rooms, living areas and all suites are non-smoking and air-conditioned. Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas within the property.

Hosting outside guests

A booking party may host a maximum of 06 outside guests for day-use purposes only. Food, beverages and logistics for each outside guest would be chargeable. Prior approval from the management of Ishq Luxury Villas is mandatory.

Events & celebrations

Hosting memories such as weddings, engagements and other special celebrations is done with great care. To accomplish the same, the entire villa needs to be booked for a minimum of 03 nights (night before, day of and the night after the event). Music & the neighbourhood

DJs and loud music are not permitted at the villa. You are free to use the villa’s Bose sound system. The villa is tranquil and so is the neighbourhood. We would like your support to maintain this sense of tranquillity.

Misuse of the villa

There are high value ornaments, furniture, and other decorative items at the villa. The management of Ishq Luxury Villas reserves the right to charge the booking party concerned for any damage caused to items or any part of the villa during the course of their stay.

Pool

The depth of the pool is 4.2ft (1.28m) throughout. Diving is not allowed. It is an ungated pool, with no lifeguard on site. The use of the pool by the booking party and in particular the supervision of children is strictly the responsibility of the parents / adults within the booking party.

Parking

The villa has only 05 slots available within its premises.

Logistics

Land, rail or air transportation arrangements for arrivals, departures or any other logistical requirement can be arranged. Contact Ishq Reservations for more details.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Payment

Deposit payment – 50% of the total invoice value for confirmation of the reservation.
Balance payment – Due no less than 30 days prior to the arrival date.
Last minute reservations – Reservations made within 29 days of the arrival date require a 100% payment for confirmation of the reservation.

Cancellation

00% cancellation fee – Reservations cancelled above 60 days (local time) prior to the arrival date. Payments collected prior to the said date will be refunded in full less bank charges.

50% cancellation fee – Reservations cancelled within 59 to 15 days (local time) prior to the arrival date. Payments collected prior to the said date will be refunded less 50% cancellation fee and bank charges.

100% cancellation fee – For reservations cancelled within 14-00 days (local time) prior to the arrival date. ‘Last minute reservations’ are subject to the same clause.

Note:

The cancellation of a reservation must be communicated in writing via email. The effective date of cancellation is when written notification is received by Ishq Luxury Villas. We will in turn confirm the cancellation of the reservation in writing based on the terms mentioned above.
