The house has 4 bedrooms, all with aesthetically designed, spacious, modern toilets. The rooms are on two levels, each opening to gardens of their own levels, due to the split level nature of the property.

Each of these rooms has their own setting and character and can be maintained as separate areas without having one’s privacy invaded with all having access to the main living area.

Bay View Rooms – Two rooms considered as standard in the description, are located on an upper mezzanine level in line with the gardens. They are also permanently open and naturally cooled, with curtains that can be drawn for privacy. The open character of these rooms absorbs the pleasant ambiance of the Redcliffs giving the occupants a living experience of the warm tropical climate. Fans are provided for cooling if the days are too hot, which is very rare around Mirissa bay.

Family Suite – The two Bay View rooms can also be interconnected at a special rate, so that a family can stay together, and have the benefit of two attached bathrooms and exclusive living area as well.

Deluxe Suite – Located on the lower floor is a living area with its own bedroom and bathroom, lending to a larger living space.

Garden Suite – Located on the lower floor is another room that opens to a large private garden with its own outdoor sitting area, and the attached bathroom that opens directly into this garden.
